Asghar Khan arrived in London from Karachi, bringing with him a deep connection to the food culture he grew up with.
He began working in the food industry, gaining hands-on experience in busy London kitchens and learning what it takes to run a restaurant from the ground up.
After years of hard work, he opened his first restaurant on Southall Broadway, focused on serving traditional Pakistani dishes to the local community.
Asghar launched Dilpasand in Whitechapel, with a clear goal: to bring bold, authentic Pakistani flavours to central London. Today, Dilpasand is a reflection of his journey—rooted in Karachi, built in London.
